Cleaning the Avant Garde M359s with Sonax.
Dirtiest wheels were the ones in front (duh)
But all 4 came to be like the clean one after a little spraying and polishing.
Does anyone know why people don’t buy Audis? Or, why you only see NEW Audis, but now OLDer model years?
Objective answers appreciated…just sent a message to me.
Because around here, I do see some Audis, but they’re all the new models since people have the money but I mean, if they were reliable, I thought there would be some older A4s here and there, maybe A8s, etc. Money isn’t a problem around these parts.
BMWs…..there’s people living in trailer homes with E30s. So that kills the “BMWs are unreliable” argument. Newer models, I agree, but the older ones are like tanks and are all over the place.
The reason why I’m asking - because I’m considering moving away from BMW 3-series coupes and maybe into an A5. But I never see any of them, which begs the question: why?
Homie, you can’t drift if you don’t have a limited slip differential on. So stop saying you tried or actually did it “even though it was hard.”
It’s impossible without LSD. And only the E46 M3 had it.
Unless you spent a couple thousand dollars into an LSD, you can only at most, turn off DSC and play pretend-drift. Maybe even slide around on wet surfaces. Not the same thing as true, LSD’d, power-to-both-wheels drifting.
And even then, you would need to have your subframe reinforced since it’s a common wear-and-tear part of the E46. Not to mention the right tires, better brakes, strut bar, etc.
You can either do it the right way, or the cheap way. Can’t have both.
I swear, every time somebody’s talking about the new BMW M4, all I see in my head is this.

M4 huh…..starting to remind me more and more about guns and not cars anymore.
sex six engine.
2) Front looks nicer than the E92
3) Rear looks much better than the round, feminine E92
4) Interior update
1) No more NA
2) Still fat.
3) Headlights connect to the grilles. Dafuq?
4) Hood looks awkward, with the huge, straight horizontal edge behind the hood roundel.
1) Driveability. Is it a driver’s car like the E46 or a flop like the F10 M5?
2) Reliability of the turbos/everything in general? Hope it’s not like an E92 335i.
Goddamn it Chris.
The godliest M3 was on sale for all of 5 minutes. Until Chris said nope, going to keep it.
Horsepower Freaks, aka HPF, tunes a lot of cars. A lot.
The owner/founder, Chris, had an E46 M3 that he worked on and heavily modded until it produced more than 1,000 horses. RHP. As in, in real-life gravity/etc. (on a dyno), it produced over 1,000 real horsepower.
It outran a GTR. Not barely, but by a lot. From both 0-xxxxxxxx to 60-xxxx (rolling start).
It was listed for $50,000.
